Protocom and Carefx team up

The firms are blending the single-sign on with the Carefx suite of healthcare management services and products.

"Security and patient safety are key concerns among healthcare
organizations today," said Terrence Macaleer, Carefx CEO. "[Our] decision to partner with Protocom underlines our ability
to assist partners and in turn healthcare organizations."

The relationship will mean that Protocom's products will be sold  compliant with healthcare standards CCOW and HL-7.

Protocom is expected to develop more solutions for desktop auditing in the healthcare context.
