O2 woos the enterprise with bespoke services

O2 has launched a new professional services team to cater for enterprise customers who want to implement bespoke mobile platforms..


The team has been created to provide customers with innovative and bespoke mobile or data solutions which address the specific needs of their business.

The team aims to help customers with mobile-based projects such as connecting field workers or an interactive messaging platform to interact with customers.

According to O2, the new team will focus on the four key areas of 'exploration and recommendation', 'proving', 'deployment' and 'management'.

In addition, the team will troubleshoot errors to ensure customers have the most efficient system possible, conducting voice and data audits and identifying and correcting problems to optimise the platform.

Peter Bullas will be heading up a team of technical consultants, architects, trainers and project managers.

The team boasts expertise in complex voice and data design, configuration and deployment, third-party device testing approval and secure design.
