
The materials will aim to promote topics including identity theft, online privacy, mobile security, software development, emerging security threats and website design.
"With such a high percentage of data breaches stemming from human error, focus on people and their behaviour is becoming a key element of any effective security programme," said Ed Zeitler, executive director of (ISC)2, in a statement.
Information security experts from corporations, academic institutions and government bodies from Europe, the US and the Asia-Pacific region will publish documents on the site, according to (ISC)2.
Visitors to the Cyber Security Awareness Resource Centre will be able to download the materials for free at www.isc2.org/csa.
