Having gained 90.99 percent of Volante Group’s shares, Commander has reported that its takeover of the systems integrator is almost complete.

Having gained 90.99 percent of Volante Group’s shares, Commander has reported that its takeover of the systems integrator is almost complete.

Some 116,852,829 shares have now been acquired under Commander’s takeover offer which is due to close today.

Shareholders accepting the offer will receive $1.15 per share, made up of a cash consideration of $1.05 with the addition of two dividend payments totalling $0.10.

Volante’s shares closed on the ASX at $1.14 on April 13.
