AI-powered composable software producer Clear Dynamics has completed a $35 million Series B funding round.
Colinton Capital Partners and OIF Ventures co-led the round with new investment from family offices and private investors
According to Dan Beaty, founder and CEO of Clear Dynamics, “In the last two years, organisations and leadership teams across every industry have been forced to confront the limitations of their existing technology and business models.
“Many realise that their existing technology investments are tethered to past strategies — unable to easily adapt to today’s dynamic business landscape, characterised by increasingly frequent unplanned change and demand for more agile, data-driven decision making,” said Beaty.
The capital is set to support the company’s international expansion, as well as build the Australian team.
Clear Dynamics’ AI-enabled enterprise operating system aieos is assisting businesses with composable software development and has been adopted by varied industries including financial services, energy, government and healthcare.
Key customers include Bank of Queensland, Cargill, Latitude Financial Services and Australian Unity, as well as Scoot Education in the USA.
Beaty believes that Clear Dynamics can bridge the demand and cost gap for developer talent.
“Clear Dynamics data-first design principles break the over-reliance most enterprises have on developers. We’re able to overcome traditional enterprise software bottlenecks far faster, and without relying on an army of scarce developers,” he said.
According to Australian Unity’s Chief Executive Officer – Retail, Christine Yates, “From the outset, they invested time interrogating our strategy to deeply understand our challenge and their aieos platform ensures our work together continually adapts for the evolving needs of our customers.”
Investor, Jerry Stesel, founding partner at OIF Ventures, highlights the trend towards an increasing uptake in composable software.
“Clear Dynamics is leading the composable software revolution. Just as cloud computing was a major global shift two decades ago, we believe every enterprise software category will eventually be composable on ai-powered platforms like aieos. We look forward to continuing to witness the impact and unique value Clear Dynamics creates for businesses in Australia and abroad,” said Stesel.
