Boomi appoints Josh Rutberg as the company’s chief customer officer, responsible for driving measurable outcomes and success for its global customers.

Rutberg brings over 20 years of experience with proven results and specialisation in account management, retention, growth, executive relationships, loyalty, and more.

He most recently led customer success at MuleSoft, prior to that, he was a partner with Bain & Company, and spent 15 years building a solid foundation in advising clients on strategy, go-to-market transformation, and mergers and acquisitions

Steve Lucas, CEO at Boomi said the need for integration and automation solutions is exponential in today’s ever-changing business environment, and our customers rely on us for their success.

Boomi has recently bolstered its c-suite team with a number of hires including Lucas in December, and Arlen Shenkman as its new CFO and president and Alison Biggan as its CMO in February.

Shenkman was previously the executive vice president and CFO at Citrix and Biggan was the former president, corporate marketing at SAP.
