JANUARY Outspoken CIO Vito Forte parted ways with Fortescue Metals following the radical transformation of the company’s IT operations under his leadership.
He fell victim to efforts to slim Fortescue’s executive ranks, in response to steadily falling commodity prices and the subsequent hit to the metals group’s revenue stream.
