Microsoft sues porn spammers

Microsoft filed seven lawsuits last month against spammers who allegedly violated the CAN-SPAM law by sending pornographic email without including a label about the explicit nature of the messages in the subject line. The suits were filed against 'John Doe' defendants that have not yet been identified.
