
Terms of the deal, which further entrenches Sun as a leader in the identity management space, were not disclosed.

The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of next year.
This is the second major deal this month in the burgeoning identity access management governance (IAMG) sector. On Nov. 1, Cisco acquired Securent, maker of entitlement management solutions, for US$100 million.
