Distributor Channelworx's NSW/ACT branch manager Sibella Sheedy has resigned and would start work next Tuesday with Firewall Systems as channel account manager, northern region.

Sheedy had been with Channelworx since March 2002 and in her new job would work at Firewall under well known channel duo, LAN Systems' founder Scott Frew and former LAN GM Nick Verykios.

In an email to colleagues, Sheedy said she was being replaced at Channelworx by Dino Soepono.

Sheedy said she was "moving to have some mentorship from the boys".

"They [Scott and Nick] have a great track record. They sold me on their story. A lot that I have done at Channelworx I have done on my own, which is great and I have had fun and built a great channel but I am ready to go to the next level and I think they can get me there," Sheedy said.

Prior to her role at Channelworx, Sheedy worked in the Apple reseller market for various companies including Avante, GM Computer, Mac Computer Systems, Tyche Digital and the much publicised failed Apple reseller group Buzzle.
