Mortgage Choice chief information officer Neill Rose-Innes has been promoted by the broker firm into the position of general manager of distribution.

Rose-Innes joined the company in September 2007 as its head of IT.
He brought with him experience as CIO for RAMS Home Loans and head of operations at Greenway Capital.
Mortgage Choice boss John Flavell said Rose-Innes’ track record of delivering “efficiency and productivity gains through technology, systems and process automation” convinced him to offer the exec the new role.
“I am looking forward to being a part of this next chapter for Mortgage Choice,” Rose-Innes said in a statement.
The company earlier this year said it had cut its losses on a new brokerage platform used for writing loans after it decided the technology was not fit for purpose. It wrote off $1.2 million in expenses as a result.
At the same time, however, it also reported the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across Mortgage Choice's network had been completed on time and on budget.
A spokeswoman for Mortgage Choice told iTnews there were no immediate plans to refill the CIO role, with a slight restructure underway within the executive ranks.
As head of distribution, Innes-Rose will be in charge of making sure the broker’s network of franchisees are keeping up with the business’ brand objectives.
