Lawton joins as regional director, while Charles will head ISS's marketing activity in the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions. Lawton was previously with HP as UK sales director for HP's business continuity arm. Charles has seven years' experience in the IT security arena. ISS was acquired by IBM in August. www.iss.com.
