EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

In the second part of his interview with Australian legal expert Kimberlee Weatherall, iTnews editor Brett Winterford found out how ACTA could bring about a "three strikes" system for ISPs after all.

Although officials have denied that such a system would be legislated, Weatherall said the agreement will likely allow rights holders to achieve the same result through different means.
