EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Today we report on publc submissions to the Federal Government's Greenfields fibre plan.

Just about every stakeholder has lambasted Senator Conroy's plans to give himself an exclusive veto over which new housing estates are subject to a fibre mandate.

All parties have called on Senator Conroy to show his hand by releasing the subordinate legislation to the bill, which the Minister promises will spell out the rules in detail.
