Good morning,

No doubt more than a few of you would have heard Communications Minister Stephen Conroy on ABC radio yesterday with his comment that "you can't regulate the internet - in terms of local content."

It caused a bit of a storm - why could he regulate the internet for some types of content but not others?

Through his department, Conroy clarified his comment to iTnews late last night. Read on for the full story.
