EDITOR'S NOTE

Good Afternoon,

Telstra has announced it has completed the DOCSIS 3.0 upgrade of its Melbourne cable network today, but was coy about when the same upgrade might be rolled out nationally.

It does smells a lot like a Telstra is trying to keep one good card close to its chest for those NBN negotiations with the Government.
