EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Michael Malone, CEO of ISP iiNet will be breathing a sigh of relief today after four days of brutal cross-examination by barristers representing the film industry.

Malone was diplomatic on the stand, even conceding several points to the film industry during the cross-examination.

His colleague, regulatory officer Steve Dalby, now takes the stand.
