EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

We lead today with a look at the exposure draft of National Broadband Network (NBN) legislation introduced to Parliament today.

It provides the first real glimpse at the Government's sell-off plans for the network asset and some guidance on how a deal between NBN Co and Telstra might work.
