EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Senate Estimates Committee hearings resumed today with the ACMA blacklist and NBN Co high on the discussion agenda.

The communications watchdog has revealed the security upgrades it has made since the blacklist was leaked last year.

And NBN Co - which is still fronting the committee as I type - has talked up plans for the first mainland sites for its next generation network.
