EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

In late breaking news today, The Australian has reported that the judgement in the case between ISP iiNet and the film industry is due to be handed down this coming one week from today.

iiNet, coincidentally, was the only Australian ISP to participate in the EFA-organised blackout to protest the Federal Government's internet filtering scheme, a story we look at in detail today.

Stay tuned to iTnews.com.au for more on these two stories as they break.
