Good Afternoon,

Telstra customers "can pay bills for free", according to a press release today, but only if they use direct debit or BPAY.

The thought of being charged a fee to give any company money should seem abhorrent to us. But with the right spin it doesn't sound so bad, does it?

At least Telstra had the courtesy to inform consumers of its new administration charges - Oracle was hoping CIOs might not even notice a 40 per cent rise in prices...
