EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

After several years of negotiations, participants in Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) discussions have reportedly scheduled a final round of talks in Japan in September.

Also today - another day, another banking outage and Intel confirms the Infineon business unit buy rumoured yesterday.
