EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,
The battle between AFACT and iiNet could become a routine event, according to one of the Federal Court judges presiding over the appeal today.
Our trial correspondent Ry Crozier also took time out of courtroom to report on a study that shows most computer users are happy for their government to engage in cyberwarfare against other nations. Not so happy to be victims, though, I'd wager.
Crozier has also attempted to explain Optus' new wireless broadband plans. But I say if you need somebody of his intellect to explain how they work, they are probably over-complicated in the first place. What do you think?
