Good morning,
I must say it still boggles the mind why companies refuse to let traditional media into closed-door briefings, when half of the delegates are social media fanatics anyway.
Microsoft's attempt to be frank about Windows Mobile is a prime example.
You can read about it below. Suffice to say, the message seemed to spread even more quickly than if they'd just let journalists into the room anyway...
