At a time when many in the traditional voice business are looking elsewhere for revenue, ISP Internode has jumped into the standard telephone business.
There is an opportunity - two out of every three of Internode's customers pays line rental to a third party.
But with Internode leasing the lines from in many cases the same third party operator, margins are tight to non-existent...
