Western Australia's Department of Education will modernise its existing Oracle technology via a $14.8 million deal with service provider ASG.

WA Education spends $14.8m on Oracle modernisation

The five-year contract includes a "strategic support and licensing modernisation solution."

The department has employed ASG since 2006 to provide finance, HR and managed payroll services. It has the largest single payroll in the state.
