Yahoo opens up search resources

Yahoo has today announced a new tool that will let developers create their own search tools based on its framework and engine.

Launched today Yahoo Search Boss provides developers wiuth access to the firm's search technology infrastructure, giving them the ability to build their own customizable search experiences and "disrupt the search industry", it said.
