EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Hackers purportedly acting for the Anonymous group have threatened to release a 40 GB trove of data from a compromised Australian ISP in protest against the Federal Government's data retention proposal. The identity of the hacked company remains unknown.

And local ICT vacancies fell 24 percent over the past year to an all-time low, according to the latest statistics, with NSW vacancies appearing to fall fastest.
