Good morning,
We need your help with a story this morning.
Ry Crozier has noted an interesting clause within the proposed new wholesale contracts service providers will be asked to sign with NBN Co.
To me, the clause clearly states that retail service providers will not be permitted to blame or criticise NBN Co over any issues with the network. I can't conceive of any other interpretation.
But NBN Co says that isn't the case. Take a look at today's story and let us know your opinion.
We know customers are often contractually not permitted to criticise their outsourced IT partner, which allows for rot to set in. When your supplier is the government, that would be an even greater cause for concern.
