EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Pipe Networks shareholders will vote on TPG's proposed merger at a meeting in Brisbane next month.

Should more than 25 percent of shareholders block the deal, it expires and Pipe will remain a separate entity.

Also today, Ericsson reveals the next evolution in HSPA speeds.
