EDITOR'S NOTE

Good Afternoon,

How much of your privacy would you sacrifice for the sake of convenience?

Voice-to-text, in which a computer sends your voicemail to your mobile phone as a text message, is most certainly a convenient app for business users.

But it's concerning to know that without your knowledge, some messages aren't being translated by a computer but instead typed out by an agent in an offshore call centre.
