A leaked internal memo has revealed plans by Telstra to make "a broad range of changes" to its internal IT group following an executive-level shake up last week.

Key changes include enterprise architecture functions moving into IT and the establishment of a cloud compute team.

Also today, UberGlobal asks for advice on a global health cloud project spearheaded by Microsoft and Parallels.
