EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

The film industry has won a 40 percent discount on the legal fees it must repay ISP iiNet, despite losing the primary case and appeal. We have all the action from the court and iiNet's reaction.

Also today, NBN Co resumes talks with possible construction partners and the communications regulator intervenes on telco complaints.

If you're at CeBIT tomorrow, I will be on the Haymarket Media stand from 10am to 12.30pm. Very interested to hear about your new projects...
