EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Lockheed Martin, the largest supplier to the Pentagon, has been hacked in an attack using faked authentication keys from security vendor, RSA.

The attack appears to be the first publicly reported fallout from a data breach of RSA systems last month - an event that threatens to compromise the security of a swathe of corporate systems the world over.

Also today, Liz Tay looks at the future of EFTPOS as its rivals launch contactless payment services based on Near Field Communications.

FEATURED COMMENT

"There is one standard for compliance with a range of compliance validation and reporting requirements up to full external audit by a PCI-DSS QSA which may be imposed on merchants of any level if you were seen as a risk or filled in the self assesmsnt questionaire badly or had a breach whatever the size of the merchant.
