Good morning,
It is starting to look like the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement under negotiation between the US and its allies in the Pacific could be ACTA all over again - with the US pushing the same onerous obligations on ISPs to police copyright infringement and very little transparency around the negotiating process.
