Good morning,

Late Friday the Attorney General proposed changes to Australia's copyright law - one of which would see search engines, universities, museums and the like afforded the same 'safe harbour' protections as telcos and ISPs.

Today we also examine the submissions of Telstra and Pipe Networks as they speak out against 'cherry-picking' laws that prevent commercial providers from competing with NBN Co.
