Today NBN Co chief Mike Quigley and Victorian ICT Minister John Lenders separately discussed revised plans for the IT and telecommunications industry now that the Federal Government's NBN vision has some semblance of stability.

We also note that Verizon's build of a cloud compute capacity in the nation's capital is now scheduled for the second quarter of 2011.
