Good afternoon,
The community of Grafton in regional NSW has petitioned Telstra chief David Thodey to intervene on the planned closure of a 108-seat call centre.
The closure has outraged the Telstra union which labelled the telco's regional job cuts in general a "national disgrace".
Also today, the latest on NBN and a proposal to actually cap "capped" mobile plans...
