How heavily do you rely on cloud computing services? Microsoft has apologised to customers in the US for three BPOS outages, with one customer reportedly experiencing all three within three months of signing up to the service.

In other news, Optus has made its traffic monitoring app available to consumers, and BT plans to hire 300 Asia-Pacific staff.
