EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Legal representatives from ISP iiNet and the film industry are back before the Federal Court for Day One of a crucial appeal before the full bench. Our award-winning newshound Ry Crozier is again covering the event blow by blow for iTnews.

We also have an exclusive first Sydney speed test for VividWireless' '4G' network, which launched today in Sydney and Melbourne after four months in Perth.

On a sadder note, our thoughts are with the family and colleagues of Datacom chief Michael Browne, who tragically passed away on the weekend.
