Good afternoon,
The Business Software Alliance has revealed how much it netted from Australian businesses using unlicensed software in the past year.
The alliance, whose members include Adobe, Apple, Microsoft, Autodesk, Symantec and others, settled for $90,000 in the largest case - and reached settlements in 11 others.
Also today, Gmail turns on HTTPS as standard in Gmail and the QLD Government talks up sales of transport smartcards...
