Good morning,
Read into it what you will but a call for some sort of international data retention law uniformity by Microsoft is interesting.
It seems it could be somewhat related to how Microsoft approaches a cloud play around the world.
After all, hosting a cloud data centre in each country - rather than servicing all countries from two or three big facilities -- could prove rather onerous...
