Gartner makes some very good arguments today as to why CIOs shouldn't sign outsoucing deals for periods longer than five years.
Why do CIOs continue to sign massive ten year deals? Is it really about price, or is there simply nobody left inside the organisation to do the job? We'd like to know your opinion.
