Law enforcement agencies will be able to force internet service providers to store data on subscribers under new legislation approved by the Senate yesterday.

And we look at the data centre plans of NAB and Rackspace. The latter appears to have beaten major global competitors Microsoft and Amazon Web Services to offering infrastructure as a service from an Australian facility.
