EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Westpac has ended yet another part of its long-running outsourcing relationship with IBM, establishing a single, internal service desk for the business under its $2 billion Strategic Initiatives Program.

And the Australian National University is set to roll out an email solution based on Microsoft's Office 365 to 10,000 staff in a bid to consolidate the disparate systems currently used at the institution's campuses and colleges.
