Samsung has hauled the Australian patent commissioner into court, in an attempt to nullify four patents granted to Apple two to three years ago. The latest twist comes as the parties head toward final hearings in July.

And First State Super - the company that laid charges against a penetration tester for finding security faults on its website - has been found in breach of privacy laws.
