Samsung has threatened to kill plans to bring its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet to Australia should the device launch be delayed another fortnight by a court battle with Apple.
Meanwhile, Apple has disappointed investors and fans with the launch of the iPhone 4S and no iPhone 5.
