Today Ry Crozier reports from the Federal Court as Microsoft takes action against a local tablet supplier, whilst our friends at Reuters provide an in-depth look at U.S. claims of Chinese cyber-attacks.
We are also keeping a watching brief on allegations of sexual harassment leveled against IBM. It is unclear at this stage if a suit has in fact been filed - stay tuned.
