EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Our Canberra correspondent John Hilvert has laboured to save you reading a wordy 32-page document outlining the Australian Government's 'ICT Vision' for the next five years - his summary makes for a far easier read this morning.

I'd also like to put our collective minds towards working out what motive a Victorian man had for allegedly tampering with 65,000+ Victorian red light and speeding camera records, without having an impact on fines.

FEATURED COMMENT

"Some great discussion points, Brett. I'm writing a thesis along very similar lines. I wonder though, has Biz/Enterprise 2.0 become less of a priority in 2011 because 2010 saw many companies take the big leap and adopt web 2.0 technologies? "
