Good afternoon,
Today we run a second story on the MYOB/Google venture announced yesterday - for the most part to address some porkies the two companies told us at the launch.
The free web sites on offer will be hosted by Amazon in Singapore, not in Australia, and Google will also have access to the customer database.
Hosting brochureware sites in Singapore is nothing outrageous... but it's rather cheeky when the service is sold on the basis of "helping Aussie small business get online."
